Our Story

Bruno’s Pizzeria has been a proud part of the Frankfort, Indiana community since 1958, serving up handcrafted pizzas and time-honored Italian favorites that keep generations coming back for more. In 2021, Payton, a lifelong Frankfort native with a passion for entrepreneurship, stepped in to carry on the Bruno’s legacy. Coming from a family of small business owners—his relatives ran convenience stores and a sawmill right here in town—Payton always knew he’d run his own business. So when the opportunity arose to take the reins of Bruno’s, he didn’t hesitate. It was the perfect fit: a beloved local icon ready to be taken into a new era, with the same heart and flavor the community has always loved.

At Bruno’s, everything starts with quality. We make our dough fresh daily, grind our cheese by hand, and prepare our sauce from scratch using family recipes that have stood the test of time. Our menu features classic and specialty pizzas, crisp, refreshing salads, hearty hoagies, savory breadsticks, and our fan-favorite cheesy cheese bread—all crafted with care and premium ingredients.
